Montana Licensed Brokers
We invite all brokers/agents to participate. You must register your Buyer with West Venture Properties, LLC before the Buyer places a Bid for the "Minimum Bid" and/or the "Buy Now" to be eligible to a commission.
The SOC (Selling Office Commission) will be paid based on the SOC listed in the NMAR MLS. Call our office for SOC amount if you are not a member of the NMAR MLS. Said SOC will be based on the final purchase price for Brokers who register their client(s) and whose client(s) successfully wins the bid that is accepted by the Seller and successfully closes on the property. All commissions will be paid at closing. To be eligible you must also submit a signed Buyer/Broker agreement along with the Buy-Sell Agreement to West Venture Properties, LLC. Out of State Brokers
West Venture Properties, LLC invites broker/agents from out of the state of Montana to participate in our Auction. If you are not licensed in the State of Montana you will need to contact us to register with West Venture Properties, LLC as a "Registered Referral Broker" before the Buyer places a Bid for the "Minimum Bid" and/or the "Buy Now". A Referral Fee of 1% of the final purchase price will be paid to Registered Referral Brokers whose client(s) successfully wins the bid that is accepted by the Seller and successfully closes on the property.
